ORDERING AND SHIPPING POLICY
TIMELINE:
- When placing an order by telephone, have the part #(s) and discription(s) ready, along with your credit card number with expiration date.
- Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. If there is a delay, you will be contacted.
TERMS
- Credit Card transactions must be for purchases larger than $10
- Orders can only be ship to addresses within the Continental United States and Canada.
- Order can be charged to VISA, MASTERCARD
- If you use a personal check, please remember that it will be held by the bank until cleared.
SHIPPING
ACTUAL COST OF SHIPPING WILL BE CHARGED ON - Windshields, Tires, Trail Hitches, Driver Floorboards.
Shipping rates listed are only for orders that are to be shipped within the Continental United States. Order to be shipped to Alaska and Canada - please call for rates.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
- We can assist you in the process, however, the fastest possible resolution is to deal directly with FedEx/UPS...
- We will not be able to replace or refund the item if you choose to deal directly with us until FedEx/UPS has settle the claim.
- This process can take as little as 10 working days and as long as 8 weeks.
- If you received your order via the U.S. Mail please file your claim directly with the Post Office.
BACKORDERS
- All backorders remain active unless canceled by customer.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
- Please feel free to contact us by phone. The numbers are listed above, and also on our Contact us page.
Exchanges:
- If you order an incorrect item, there is no exchange fee, but you are responsible for the freight and handling on the new item(s) and any cost to return the original item(s) to us.
- The new item(s) ordered must be at least half the value of the original item(s).
Refunds:
- If you want to return an item(s) without reordering, there is a 10% restocking fee (minimum $7.50 - maximum $50.00)
- Freight and handling will not be refunded
- Exchanges and refunds will start to process once the item(s) has been received back in our office.
Close-out And Special Order Items Not Usually Carried In Inventory
- May NOT Be Canceled or Exchanged. No Refunds Will Be Issued
GENERAL
- Due to the nature of electronic devices, if an electronic device item is received and found to be defective we will exchange the item only.
- Different electrical products carry different warranties. All voltmeters are warranted for two years from date of purchase. LED lights carry a six month warranty. All other merchandise carry their own factory warranty.
- All items returned for exchange or refund must be with all original packing materials, manuals, bags and factory boxes.
- Items may not be returned if they have been installed, used, modified or damaged. Exceptions are concealed factory defects or within the factory warranty time.
- You must call for return authorization number within 15 days from receipt of your order.
- The return authorization number you are provided by our sales support department must be clearly VISIBLE on the OUTSIDE of the package you return the item(s) to us in.
- Packages without such will be refused.
- All items must be returned to us pre-paid; No COD returns or Call Tag Returns! Pack all item(s) well and it is recommended that you fully insure the item(s).
- Any item(s) damaged by the customer or that is damaged while in route back to us will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be issued.
- If the item is damaged, you will need to contact the shipping company you selected to return the item(s) back to us and file a claim directly with them.
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING
- To avoid delays in processing your order, please make sure ALL of the information you provide to us at the time your order is placed is up to date with your credit card company.
- Your name, address, city, state, zip AND phone number must match EXACTLY with your credit card company.
- Also, when possible it is helpful to have your order shipped directly to your credit card billing address; this prevents "red flags" being raised by your credit card company for possible suspicious activity on your card.

- We believe the contents and specifications of this web site are correct.
- We Assume no liability for any errors in listing, specifications, part numbers, or model applications.
- We are not obligated to sell at the listed price showing if there is an error caused my one of our suppliers raising our cost on a new order item.
- We reserve the right to change specifications, product description, product quality, pricing and application at any time without further obligation.
